Our technicians use genuine parts wherever possible. For customers on a budget, we can fit standard, non-model-specific parts. Please ask us for advice on the differences between parts and budget components.

Is servicing carried out on site?

Can servicing be done while I wait?

In some cases, yes, minor servicing can be done quickly. We have a customer waiting area where you can sit back and relax.

Can I arrange collection and delivery of my car to home or work?

Yes, we pick up and drop off at homes and offices within a ten-mile radius. This needs to be booked in advance of your servicing appointment.

Is there a courtesy car service?

We aim to provide same-day servicing where possible. If your car needs to stay in for several days, we can potentially give you a courtesy car subject to a booking fee.

If my car fails an MOT, will you retest it for free?

Any retests we carry out will be done to VOSA standards. This may be free depending on the circumstances, and our service centre team will explain at the time.

How long is a typical service or MOT appointment?

For 'while-you-wait' appointments, an hour and a half may be enough. Our technicians typically take around four hours to complete a full service.

Will my car's service history be updated?

Our team will fully complete and update your service book.

Can I arrange MOT reminders?

We can set up an appointment reminder for you on request. This could be by post, email, text message or via another method.

Do you do tyre inspections?

Yes, tyres are checked during a free vehicle health inspection. We also do tyre puncture repairs.

Can I book 'lunch hour' servicing?

Depending on the work needed and our availability, quick servicing may be possible. Please ask us about making an appointment.

Are there any facilities for children?

There are no special areas for children, but families are very welcome to spend time in the customer waiting area.

Will I be told before chargeable work starts on my car?


No servicing is done without your knowledge and approval. We will contact you to explain the work needed and the cost in advance.

What are your opening times?

We open at 8am and close at 6pm on weekdays, so you can make an appointment outside of your own working hours. You can also book in on a Saturday.

Can I drop my car off the day before?

If you need to bring your Vauxhall in early, this can only be done by previous arrangement with our service centre team.

Can I pay by credit card or cheque?

We accept all major credit cards. Contact us in advance about cheque payments.

When new parts are fitted, will my car be tested to ensure they work?

Yes, we make sure that any newly-fitted parts are operating as they should.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

We would appreciate you placing the service book on the passenger seat, and providing the wheel nut key and immobiliser code if available.
